Brian

It was really great to have you kick off the TechSTL "GeoNext" session with this post, and honoring Mr. Seiler. I was familiar with the name and company but not all of the rich history and his legacy. More stories need to be told like this, and the contributors to the community. Thank you!

Just seeing this as well but nicely done, Brian.

Also, I first learned about Seiler Instruments as the Commander of the St. Louis District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) from 2020-23. Seiler was a key partner in procuring state-of-the-art survey equipment but also maintaining existing hardware.

While at T-REX from the fall of 2023 thru 2024, I really got to know the true special relationship that the Seiler company has with their customers and the community. Tom Seiler and teammates from Seiler Geospatial have been so supportive of the Geospatial ecosystem in St. Louis and a vital support to T-REX.

Thanks for ALL that you do and thanks for honoring this quiet professional who set the conditions for all of this and more in the future.
